Visits and excursions are organised during the summer months on an ad hoc basis. These often include on site talks by local guides. Some recent visits are illustrated in the photos below:
Afternoon visit to Scotney Castle, Lamberhurst.
A day trip to Lullingstone Roman Villa. Refreshments available.
Day visit to Ingatestone Hall, Essex, a Tudor hall which has been in the same family for 400 years. House tour and gardens.
A day of churches in west Kent. These are Nettlestead, Yalding (coffee available and places to lunch) and Mereworth finishing with a cream tea.
Details of the excursions for 2012 will be published when they become available.
